To request an order cancellation, please contact us. If your order has not yet shipped or been fulfilled, you may be able to cancel it by emailing sales@precisiongunvault.com. Please allow two business days for a response.

Shipped Orders Cannot Be Cancelled: Orders that have already been shipped from Precision Gun Vault or our distributor cannot be cancelled.

Orders Being Processed: If your order is in the process of being pulled, boxed, and prepared for shipment, or is in transit from our distributor to Precision Gun Vault, a 10% restocking fee will apply.

Returns

Final Sales: All sales of firearms and ammunition are final and cannot be returned.

Other Products Returns: Products other than firearms and ammunition may be returned within 30 days of purchase if they are in new, unused, and original manufacturer condition, including packaging.

Restocking Fee: All non-firearm and ammunition returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Return Freight Responsibility: Return freight to Precision Gun Vault is the responsibility of the customer. We may provide a shipping label once your return is approved.

No Shipping Refunds: Initial shipping costs to you are not refundable.

Return Request: Log in to your account at www.precisiongunvault.com and locate the “Request Return” link.

Agent Review: An agent from Precision Gun Vault will review your return request and respond within two business days.

Email Request: Alternatively, you can send an email to sales@precisiongunvault.com. Please include your original order number and relevant contact information.

Inspection and Approval: All returns are subject to inspection and approval prior to issuing a refund.

Refund Information

Refund Timeframe: Most refunds are processed within 3-5 days of receiving and processing the return. It may take longer for the credit to appear in your account, depending on your bank.

Credit to Card: You will receive a credit to the card used for the original purchase, less the restocking fee and any return shipping costs paid by Precision Gun Vault, if applicable. For other payment methods, a check will be issued.

Original Card Requirement: Refunds must be processed back to the original credit card used for the purchase. If this is not possible, a check will be issued.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Returns of Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will either ship you a replacement for the exact item upon receipt of the damaged or defective item, or issue a refund.

Return Shipping for Errors: Precision Gun Vault will provide a return shipping label at no cost to you for items that are incorrect or defective.

Return Timeline for Incorrect Items: Incorrect items must be returned within 10 days of receipt.

Return Shipping Costs

Return Freight Cost Responsibility: If the error is on our part, such as a damaged or incorrect item, we will cover the shipping costs. Otherwise, customers are responsible for return shipping costs, including cases of late delivery.

Tracking and Insurance: When returning items, please add package tracking and adequate insurance.
